Cliff & Connie Redd started C&C Metal Recycling in 2010 with the mission of creating a metal recycling facility where people want to work.  They welcomed everyone who wanted to work into their business. The team that has settled are as diverse, and unique, as the family that you’ll be working shoulder to shoulder with throughout the company.  We want different people, different ideas, under the same principles of safety, efficiency, clean, & courteous recycling services.

We understand that you rest easy when you are paid well.  We want our employees to rest easy and feel compensated. Family time, vacation time, paid holidays are all important to feeling family connection.  We won’t ask you to work on Sundays. After 90 days you start earning paid time off at a rate of  1.538 hrs per week accruing 80 hours in a 1 year period.  We recycle the fluids here and most of our employees get a tank of high grade clean gas a week.
